Appointment Policy
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by phone
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late arrivals may result in rescheduling of the appointment
- Emergency cases will be prioritized as needed
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made
- We accept cash, cards, and most insurance plans
- Insurance verification is required before treatment
- Patients are responsible for any non-covered services

Medical Records
